A benchmarking solution entirely designed by GEMOFOR’s research and development center, the Wane-Up maximizes Planer Mill recovery by minimizing waste. 

An electronic vision system is used to detect the presence of wane. Once it has been located on a piece of lumber, the system immediately sends a signal to set the wany face up. This technological breakthrough obviously results in stable profit-maximizing grade recovery.
